Former Dean of our faculty and faculty member of the Department of Geography, Prof. Dr. Saadettin Tonbul, retired on November 29, 2024.
In recognition of his academic and administrative contributions to our university, Rector Prof. Dr. Fahrettin Göktaş and Dean Prof. Dr. Mustafa Taner Şengün presented a plaque and a gift to Prof. Dr. Tonbul during the ceremony.
Best wishes are extended to our esteemed professor and his family for health, peace, and happiness in his retirement years.
